Cold, no personality, very clicky. They sit you in a dark room and strip you of mobile devices. The other candidates also seemed surprised by the coldness of it all. The position was just for summer work but we all felt a bit used.
Really Short and easy. only asked 4 questions and quick to provide feedback. Based on previous customer service experience and dealing with difficult customers. Experience working in retail and customer service

very slow process, it took over 3 weeks for a response and I had to eventually contact them myself which led to me being ignored. The lady was really nice in my first stage of my interview but I have heard rumours that the company is not great to work for.
