      Entrevista

      I applied 2 weeks ago, I had a response back fairly quickly. I received a call asking about my past experience and a time where I received excellent customer service. These were straightforward questions and only 3/4 questions were asked. I was then invited to an assessment day with 7 other people. We were shown a video and asked to pick out what was wrong in the video (make sure you voice yourself and answer questions, be attentive). I was then taken onto the shopfloor and we played a game where we had to purchase a product for a celebrity within the budget given. It did not matter too much if you went over or under budget as long as you could justify why. We were then taken onto the fitting room area and each one of us had a chance to role play and take customers into fitting rooms. Be confident, friendly, smile and ask how they got on. We were then taken to the shoe area. I had to aid the customer ask what size they wanted the shoe in, go find it, ask what is the occasion for, find them a matching bag. Be yourself. Later on we were taken back to the staff room and each one called out and were told whether we got in.
