Application with three questions, first round interview, and a final second round interview.
Took over a week to hear about my outcome from the final interview. They offered feedback, I was keen to receive some. I had not received anything after two weeks - followed up with the recruitment assistant and still nothing. Shocking to offer feedback but refuse to follow up. I have no issue with not getting the job, because if this is how they treat their employees also, I'm not interested.

The interview focused on technical skills and knowledge, with questions spread across 45 minutes. Two moderators led me through the interview, encouraging me to take time to think and taking notes.
