The interview process was first a phone call with HR and then a phone interview with the head of the specific department I was applying for. It helps to be interested in the specific accounts they work for either entertainment or gaming. They were extremely personable and knowledgeable. They asked fair questions for a student still in college, it was mostly just important that you can articulate your answers well.
