Entrevista
I heard from a rep after a few a days of submitting my resume and application. Within that week was scheduled for another follow up interview and call. The interview was a combination of questions, talking through my background and experience and listening to some clips of a call and what would be a typical conversation in the day to day.

This one was more formal and was longer than the first call but was only about 30-40 minutes. Mainly getting some background about you and seeing how you would handle the job
