As you may know as a current Scout with the company, we no longer ask Scout candidates to listen to Scout call recordings and then try to role play during interviews. Since transitioning to more of a consultative selling technique, we found this type of interview to no longer work for us. We now use typical sales interview questions to help find the right match for this role.
