I had 2 interviews, initial interview with the recruiter and the last interview with the NCC Group Project Management team. It was a quick process with the initial recruiter but she made sure that my skills match with the position needed by NCC. Interview with the NCC team was a bit extensive, they really drilled down to my experience as a project manager. They were very professional and really attentive to my answers. You really just need to prepare for their questions. The interview actually lasted for an hour and half.
