      The interview process for NCC Bank Bangladesh generally consists of the following steps: 1. Initial screening: The bank will review the applicant’s resume and assess if they meet the basic requirements for the role. 2. Written Test: If the applicant passes the initial screening, they will be invited to take a written test that assesses their problem solving skills, logical reasoning, and quantitative ability. 3. Group Discussion: Applicants who pass the written test will be invited to attend a group discussion, where they will be assessed on their communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Interview: Successful applicants from the group discussion will then be invited to a face-to-face interview with a panel of interviewers from the bank. This interview will assess the applicant’s relevant knowledge and experience, and their ability to work in a team. 5. Final Interview: The final interview is conducted by the bank’s senior management. This interview will assess the applicant’s overall suitability for the role. 6.
