Submitted a resume and received a skills test via email within 24 hours. Skills test consisted of questions requiring knowledge of latitude and longitude, prioritizing incidents, summarizing events in the news. Submitted that within 24 hours with no response. The skills test would be difficult for someone with no background in emergency response but easy for someone with technical training.

Had an initial 15-20 min interview with a manager. Another 30-45 min Skype interview with a team lead. Additional interview about 30-45 min. with the individual who would be my manager. Gave me salary expectations and offer. Bit of advice. I have a Master Degree in Intelligence, the pay offer was $14/hr first 8hrs, $16 next 4hrs, and I started night shifts. Didn't take the offer and they def take advantage of their employees if that's the max pay they're offering.
