Applied online with resume and cover letter. I was then was asked for a phone interview with a branch manager, overall really pleasant. I was offered the job after the phone call. There was some training before starting.

Simple easy, interviewer was very polite and pleasant. Asked questions about how you would solve an issue at the bank as well as experience of customer service. You can tell halfway through whether they are interested in hiring you or not.

Entrevista
I had two phone interviews in one day and passed it. Now I have a face to face interview tomorrow. Per management I was told that I answered all the questions right in the phone interview so she believes that I will most likely passed the face to face interview.
I was pretty nervous but the women I spoke to made it feel less nerve racking.
