NBK announced that they were hiring MBA from top business schools for an MBA rotation program. After meeting with head of recruiting I was told that after three years if there is an opening maybe I would be able to rotate. I met the business unit heads then an offer was presented. I had to turn it down since it was below market rate. I was surprised to see that there were no job descriptions available, the actual role was not specified (we have many openings) and that the pay was way below market rate.
