Applied in October 2015, had to do a video interview answering questions, then in Feb 2016, the next stage was a Microsoft Excel test running on ancient 2007 version (which says you gave a wrong answer as soon as you click anything except the cell you were meant to click). If we got through that, we had to do a written test on Word, a group interview and activity (which was listing which items we'd salvage from a crashed plane based on a list) , sit through several presentations and then do a 'speed dating' styled interview where you have to have 5 minutes with each head of department.
