Process went on a few months. Rather patchy, would hear from HR out of the blue and then for weeks there would be radio silence. The last email from HR was that they were very keen and I would go through one last round for which they were looking at dates to set up the interview- and then nothing. Silence after repeated follow ups. Surprised at the unprofessional HR system. They are responsible to close loops with candidates, and avoiding emails is not what you'd expect from senior professionals. Having read other reviews here seems like avoiding tough conversations is standard practice for them.
