I was initially contacted by a manager and we spoke over the phone. Next I was called in and first met with who would be my direct manager. After I spoke with her for about 20 minutes I was then passed to the next manager. That day I met with 4 managers. I was called back a few days later and we set up a date that I could meet the rest of management as well as HR. Following that date I was called 2 days later and offered the position over the phone. I considered the offer for a few days and eventually accepted the position.

There were a lot of questions that were used to get an idea of my plans for the future. In the media sales industry there is typically a lot of turn over and I believe that they wanted to make sure that I would be willing to stay and grow with the company.

Applied for the position. I got a call from Talent Acquisition 1 day later. 1 week later in was told to come in to speak with Direction of Sales Operations. Then another week later I spoke to VP of Sales.
