The interview process was a great. I received a great vibe from HR(Recruiter) and the manager I would be working under. It was more like a conversation than an interview. They were friendly and engaging and not strict or uptight. They gauged my personal interest as well as my professional interest and goals. They thoroughly described the position and what I would be doing on top of giving in depth background on the company and their roles in the company. The SVP of Affiliate Marketing, who I would be working for, loved that I had the gift of gab and we spent about 30 minutes after the interview just talking about our interest and goals etc. Ultimately, it was a smooth process and after following up and show extreme interest, I landed the position.
