During the interview process a candidate would apply online by submitting a cover letter and resume, as well as answering questions about their background. In the second round of interviews, it usually is a video interview to follow up and that the applicant submits and answers more specific questions on. The final round for me was an in person interview.

Interviewed for the Seth Myers late night show. First had a one way video. They allowed a few redos when filming submissions. Then I revived a email to do a video meeting with the intern coordinator.

1) submit your application
2) either get rejected or move on in the recruiting process to complete hirevue
3) if selected to, second round virtual interview with the team
4) may get selected for a follow-up interview (not always the case)
Fairly straightforward questions, make sure to do research on the company beforehand and be prepared. There were 4 questions asking about your experience, why you want to work for NBC, and what you're looking forward to doing if selected to work for them.
