Phone and Panel Interview. Very efficient and friendly. They try to help you get the job and look at your growth potential and how well you fit in. Honestly, a great company to work for so far and the interview wasn't bad at all.

It as very long and a lot of work. You need to keep up on recruiters as the Interview will have many rounds and you will meet with a lot of different people if you get to the HR round you will likely get the job
Everything went smoothly and was well communicated. I was happy with the process of on boarding as well everything went pretty smoothly and HR was incredibly communicative. I will say some of the interviews were a little last minute but they did called to make sure that I felt like I had the information I needed going into them.
