Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 6 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en NBCUniversal (New York, NY) en may 2018

I applied in Jan for Summer internships, didn't get a response to any. It's now May, and I got a response to do a video interview for a Fall internship I also applied to with the same resume. I got a chance to interview online. With the online interview, you answer 9 written yes or no questions, and 4 video. You get two attempts. I did worse on the second attempt than I did on the first. It sucks because I was applying for a role that deals with doing work in the background not in front of a camera, so I don't understand why they would assume that everyone would be okay with looking into a camera and speaking to themselves. It's a very unfortunate way of picking out individuals to continue the interviewing process with. Simple questions in a not so simple atmosphere.

How do you handle working in high-pressure, high-stakes environments? Please be specific.
Academic Year & Summer Internships both in Media Tech/Peacock. Resume submission, HireVue with 2 tries with basic questions. Recruiter matched to teams, usually interviewed by a hiring manager. Mostly behavioral. Received Academic Year & Summer Offer in separate cycles, invited back for subsequent Academic Year.
pretty easy and standard interview. They asked on average easy questions about my career and why i would be a good fit for the company. super nice and easy to talk to

HireVue format asking why NBCUniversal and why I want to work there, along with the necessary skills I have. Some teams have different questions. They asked me to explain a project of mine.
