The first interview was in a group setting ( about 8-12), the executive producers for the jerry springer show came into the room and spoke about the position and the responsibilities. They made sure to repeat about a dozen times "this position requires you to do looooong hours and thick skin". Came across to me very unmotivating. They asked us to write down show topics to speak on and why is the topic different from the shows other topics. Nonetheless, they said they will email some back for a second round of interviews. Second interview was one on one.
