Spoke on the phone with an HR representative. Then came to the office for 3 in-person interviews - 2 with directors on the sales planning/inventory team and 1 with an ad sales HR director. Was a pretty slow process (took a few months) but everyone was very nice. Since I was a recent college grad the questions were mostly behavioral. Many of the people who interviewed me spent a lot of the interview explaining the digital advertising landscape and then asking me if that was something I thought I would be interested in.
