A few brief essays, a pre-recorded interview, and then a 3 hour panel interview. The panel interview includes a panel question, small panel discussion, individual interview, and 2 minute presentation. The interview process and the whole program was recently revamped so a lot of the things written on here are outdated.

Great interview process. Team was communicative throughout the steps. Interview includes virtual interview, completing supplement essays on application, an in-person panel interview with other interviewers which included a speech, group interview, group exercise, and one-on-one interview.

The interview process involved a standard application and essay. This was followed by a virtual process that had to be completed online and then a panel interview with multiple candidates.
Apply, HireVue, Panel Interview. Two month process. Pretty straightforward actually. They are not trying to trick you. Panel Interview was honestly fun. We had group activities, and projects. It varies from coast to coast.
