Phone interview, two in person interviews. Everyone was really friendly and easy to talk to. They aren't intimidating but you can tell they are all very smart, driven and successful. They were transparent with the process. The process took a couple of weeks but they were truthful about how long it would be between the interviews. Enjoyed everyone I talked to and felt everything they asked was fair and they also wanted to get to know my personality.
