The first step is a video interview. The questions are very easy (why do you want to work here, etc). You just have to get past the fact that you're talking to a camera. If you get to the next round, they'll bring you to 30 Rock to interview. They did a Hiring Event where you'd interview with different groups/potential departments for which they're considering you. I did 3, each was easy and they were all very friendly!

Interviewed for the Seth Myers late night show. First had a one way video. They allowed a few redos when filming submissions. Then I revived a email to do a video meeting with the intern coordinator.

1) submit your application
2) either get rejected or move on in the recruiting process to complete hirevue
3) if selected to, second round virtual interview with the team
4) may get selected for a follow-up interview (not always the case)
Fairly straightforward questions, make sure to do research on the company beforehand and be prepared. There were 4 questions asking about your experience, why you want to work for NBC, and what you're looking forward to doing if selected to work for them.
