I went through a multi-stage interview process at NAVEX and made it to the final round. The early stages were well-organized, and I appreciated the opportunity to speak with several team members. However, after the final interview, communication completely stopped. I didn’t hear back for months—only to eventually receive a generic rejection email. It was disappointing to invest so much time and preparation and not receive timely or constructive feedback. A more respectful and transparent process would have left a better impression.
