You start out with a cognitive exam of 50 questions. You never find out which questions you got right and which ones you got wrong. If you do well enough on that test, you get a 1 on 1 with an HR rep who watches you take the the exam a 2nd time to verify you are the one who is actually taking the test. You then get a 1 on 1 with your future lead, who will just ask you various technical questions about your past experiences. Just answer honestly. Then you get to a 3 hour interview with three panels of two people. They ask you questions but don't seem to have a purpose to their questions. I was asked the same question multiple times and at one point, one of the interviewers didn't have her own questions prepared and started asking questions another interviewer had prepared; thus the same question multiple times. I was asked to code on the white board and it was a rudimentary problem that was solved but some follow up questions like "What if I did x?" I'm not sure they actually know what they're looking for but I ended up not getting the job and inquired as to why, for betterment of myself in my future interviews and haven't gotten an answer. This is pretty common but a negative experience nonetheless.

Normal difficulty. Recruiter screen. Did not get past that so don't know specifics about further interviews. Recruiter screen involved asking about different technologies I have used including programming languages and database stuff.
