The process is composed by 3 main phases: 1) application submission and screening. 2) Online recorded interview. 3) Test (job related and 2 language). 4) online Panel interview. Difficult process overall and AI based. So no HR Department will review the application nor the on Demand job interview.

What do you think are the key trends that shape the current energy environment? Which of these should NATO pay particular attention to? 4. Can you describe the main challenges related to Critical Energy Infrastructure Protection? What role for NATO in this regard? (in French)

The HireView process is horrible and impersonal. Telling us to act naturally, be ourselves, and then be recording to a machine is contradictory. The questions were not in-depth and were too vague on the technical ones to provide an intelligent answer.
