Was emailed to have an over the phone interview. The interviewer consisted about them asking me about my resume experiences and interest in joining the aerospace field. The tone was inviting and supportive.

Highly personal overall very easy…if you know what to do and confident, they would hire you. The process is done by AI and interview is just a confirmation. Some friend did not had interview too

Got interviewed by 6-7 people that were interested and asked about my projects and situations and what I do in specific cases. Interview was behavioral and I did not code anything at all.
The interview was quite relaxed and laid-back, with the interviewer asking typical behavioral questions without delving into any complex technical problems or coding challenges like leetcodes. Overall, it was a relatively straightforward interview process, and I felt comfortable and confident throughout
