Solicité el puesto en persona. El proceso duró 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en NARS Cosmetics (Atlanta, GA) en ene 2012
Entrevista
There's not really an interview process when you're a freelance makeup artist. It's all about who you know. If you know other artists that freelance from other brands, ask them who's hiring, call the account executive. They ask what hours you're available to work, then give you the job. Sometimes they'll give you an interview over the phone, This is to make sure that you have social intelligence and a "can do" attitude. You have to be a salesperson and they wanna make sure you can sell.
I got through the first few interview stages however the lady who conducted the trade test did a lot of things to trick me. im already working for an established brand better than NARS so makeup is not difficult. Very biased on who they hire. Very rude

Entrevista
A straight forward interview process and not too lengthy, an interview first and a skills test following success. Standard questions throughout on why you want to work here etc and a focus on experience
Three interview stages including initial basic questions (availability, salary expectation, sales experience, makeup experience), then you do a makeup test in store with the counter manager, if you pass that you're required to do an interview with brown Thomas where they ask you customer scenarios
