Aug 7. Had my first phone interview. Aug 15. Had my first Zoom interview with hiring manager and her boss. Aug 25. Panel interview with other depts. Then, radio silence. October 3. I heard from the hiring manager that they had gone with another candidate who's experience better aligned but they wanted to see me for another role that was recently posted. Unfortunately, I wasn't interested in that role.
