I applied online and the process took around 3 weeks. 1. Analytical Test is quite easy if you prepare well beforehand and lasts for 15 minutes. 2. The second stage is of Numerical Ability and English test which lasts for 45 minutes. 3. The third stage is of Video Interview which took less than 10 minutes. 4. Engagement center - 2 group activities. Try to relax and be yourself. 1st behavioral activity consisted of 2 persons sitting back to back and the 1st person was given an image which he had to describe and the 2nd person had to draw that image. After this, the positions were reversed and the same activity took place using another image. In the second behavioral activity, we were divided into two groups and given data about 2 types of Banking customers. Each group then had to give a 5 minutes presentation. Best of luck to all!

the whole process very easy the jobs are pretty basic ,i passed every thing i got positive feedback on the spot however i was told i was rejected, tbh it seems if they don't like your race or background or even the way you look or you sound regardless of your ability to do the job you will be rejected. you could have a post graduate but doesn't look or sound local and u wont get an entry level job ,but you also can have pretty much a high school but got the right looks or accent you should be fine and end up enring 70k just because you are a real "local" !
