Standard interview - there was a behavioral portion as well as a case study. You bounced around to interview with different team members so it gives you an idea of who you will be working with on a day-to-day basis.

I applied for a consultant position. HR then contacted me through email and ask for the first interview with HR. It was a phone interview with basic questions regarding your personality, there were no technical questions. The questions are easy to answer.
