There is 3 or 4 step. First is written, then practical, then interview & code explanation then interview with Managing Director. For my time it takes a whole month for that process and so many harassment. Time changing situation that is very bad. We wait from morning to attend interview but CTO is in meeting so wait till afternoon outside the building. No compensation is provided.
