A brief 30 minute video call with a recruiter where you spoke about yourself and go through what the training process looks like. Questions such as “explain a time you made a mistake” and “why do you feel you’re a good fit” were asked.

The interview was virtual and was overall very middle of the road. The interviewer was friendly and attentive but seemed to be a little fake like he did not want to show his true personality. He redirected some of my questions without answering, but did answer most of them. He also did not follow up with me about whether or not I got the position, which normally would not bother me, but he went out of his way to say I would hear from him either way.
