I applied online with an employee referral. I was contacted within the week for a group interview at Pacific Fair, as this was the closest store with an HR office. This included some presentations on MYER, some role play activities in groups, and activities using their POS system. I completed the group interview and was immediately asked to come back for an individual interview at the Robina store. Passed the individual interview and commenced training the following week.
