I've been contacted by a Talent Acquisition Manager from UK introducing me the job offer and some details. Within few days I had 2 phone interviews followed by an interview on site. The 1st phone interview was with the person in UK and to see if I was interested and learn my background. The 2nd phone interview was with a manager and it was more to get acquaintance with each other and with the company workflow. The face to face interview was with 3 different person. Hr person just to know my personality. Lead manager to describe the process and discuss my experience. SW Developer to discuss my Java test and present possible improvements
