First, I had to do a 30 min screening call with HR which was followed by a 30 min screening call with hiring manager. I was invited to a full day interview including 1 hour presentation, 1:1 with 6 employees. The people who would be my teammates were very nice, but everyone seemed very unengaged and not prepared for the interview.
