As soon as I shared my CV with the HR, I recieved a call in less than an hour. My Interview was scheduled with a person who has joined recently (just a month) and was on a similar designation with lesser experience than what I have, also the interviewer was not from the oil & gas industry. No questions asked about my experience with oil and gas company which was a bit strange when the company is into oil &gas.
