Phone screen with Human Resources in the first instance which was a lovely friendly chat that put me at ease then I was interviewed in person by line manager and director in face to face meeting, again quite friendly although formal and made me feel at ease. Questions were very broad and aimed at learning my skills and experience and suitability for the role, nothing I couldn't answer. Offered the role on the same day.

Had 1 interview which I found to be straight forward and easy going, then a second interview the week after which was very informal and included a look at the processes of the team
