There is not a big process in the interview ,
in first step just ask the basic question regarding to core php and advance php ,
after that give one practical task to check technical knowledg.
After that discuss on salary and bond and increment . in last give the offer latter
Process is very simple enough to judge a candidate , if we go with 4 rounds in interview , there is no meaning but anyway , all your comments will be appreciated and take in to consideration ,
