It was quick and easy with a great atmosphere but the base pay is low and commission is how you survive i think its about a few hundred a week which is about 1200 a month

The process was three interviews long, only the first felt like a real interview the last two were not much more than scheduling of when your availability was. Felt like it couldve been condensed or done through zoom, interviewer or other people there had no masks if that matters to you.

The hiring process was pretty easy. They call you screen you over the phone with a few questions. Then you come in for two interviews. The first one was pretty short and the second was a little longer. They go in depth about the position. After that they gave me a call the same day of the interview with an offer.
