The process consisted of several phases: discussions with HR, the Hiring Manager, C-level executives, and stakeholders, followed by a background check. The focus of the interviews was on my previous experiences and projects. Everyone I spoke with was extremely professional and supportive, which made the process run smoothly. The entire process took around 2-3 weeks to complete due to the holiday season.
