      Entrevista

      Overall I was disappointed in the communication and lack of follow through. I believe I was Ghosted after the final interview. The process took around 4 weeks from initial to final interview and went as follows. Initial interview with the hiring manager (Director of Data Analytics – Rachael), a technology assessment, then a final group interview that included the hiring manager and some colleagues. After the initial interview I was told that I would receive a technology assessment form within a week to submit online. I never received the form so followed up with the hiring manager in the 2nd week after which it was sent to me. After submitting the tech assessment (pretty standard assessment, they looked for schema layouts and an example Tableau report) I was scheduled for a final interview. I thought the final interview went well, they asked the typical behavioral questions. During the final interview I was told by the hiring manager that I would hear back on the decision the following week. After 3 weeks of waiting I emailed the hiring manager and never received a response. I was excited to have the opportunity to work for an organization that I believed in. I was planning on taking a material pay cut if offered the job so that I could contribute to an organization that helped individuals. After my experience I did look on Glassdoor and found out that someone had a very similar ghosting experience for a similar job role. One incident could be an anomaly, but two incidents is a pattern.
