I am invited to an interview I received an interview invitation a week after I submitted my application. I talked to an officer for a few questions in around 30 to 60 minutes.

It was a good process with 3 steps. First, meeting on zoom with the hiring manager. Then an in person interview with the managers. Finally an in person interview with the head of the organization.

Entrevista
The office manager will email you after receiving your resume. Then an initial interview with the founder/owner is made. During this interview, he just wants to get to know you. You don't discuss technical things. If they like you, they will set up a second interview with the team. This is a getting to know you better interview too with more tech talk. After this interview they will invite you to do a technical GIS challenge. The challenge consists of three steps in which you must do simple GIS operations to achieve the next step. After this, they will email you within two weeks with an offer or decline.
