I applied online. First, I completed a phone interview with HR. I was contacted to complete an employment application. Then a few weeks later, I completed an in-person interview with four separate people back to back and one over the phone again with HR.

The process is pretty straightforward. They have a one-way interview. It's just weird to talk to a machine instead of an actual human being. There were 3 questions. And all questions are regular. Not too bad.

Entrevista
Good experience, nice people. The interview lasts 45 min online and the interviewer is really nice. The overall difficult is about average. Questions including some experience, academic background, technical skills and other behavioral questions.

What would you change in the past if you have magic?
Had an initial one-way screening interview which had 3 questions. The questions were very general and behavioral. It was kind of hard to come up with good answers right away.
