They followed a very thorough process but I very much enjoyed it. There were several stages with different contacts that conducted the interviews. All the interviews were held via phone and in a relatively short amount of time which I appreciated.

I had several stages of interviews, first with the agency, then a telephone interview, then one in person, then a telephone interview with HR/HQ, then 4 different PC based tests for intelligence, education and personality (I found errors in these tests, and I am not the smartest person on the planet). Then an additional 1 hr interview with a psychologist.
