1. Phone Screening with HR 2. Video meeting with controller 3. In person with controller, general manage , and HR ( she was sick and left early) I had a very poor experience. HR was sick and left early without proper notice, and the General Manager interviewed me while reading my resume for the first time. The process felt unorganized and unprofessional. Overall, it seemed like HR was ghosting me, and my time was not respected.
