Please don’t pursue this opportunity. They don’t have a clear understanding of what they’re actually looking for, and the process is a waste of time. Initially, they said they were hiring for a specific role, but later they completely changed the scope of the position from what was stated in the job description. In my final interview, they conducted a deep-dive interview that was at a much higher level than the advertised role. I answered all of their questions correctly, but it became clear that the interview had little to do with the original position. Overall, the process was poorly defined and unproductive. I strongly recommend saving your time and energy for opportunities that are well-structured and genuinely worthwhile, and this one isn’t. From my experience, the company seems unstable and unlikely to last long. The entire process was simply not worth it.
