First, there was a take‑home challenge, then a one‑hour technical interview, followed by an interview with the Head of Engineering that didn’t even last five minutes because he said he was busy with other things and ended the call. Since then, there has been no proper communication or update on the process – they have essentially ghosted me. Based on this experience, I would avoid this company, as their hiring process shows a lack of professionalism, respect for candidates, and regard for other people’s time.
