Two interviews, one with HR first, then sales leadership after- basic interview questions. Personality has more weight than experience for younger folks. Was hired within minutes of leaving the interview.

Group interview. Seemed like they were looking for young good looking people and didn't care for you if you were unattractive. Very intimidating atmosphere. Similar to rush. Crass comments were made. Food and alcohol served?
