I applied for the position online and was sent an assessment. A day later I received an email to set up a phone interview. I was asked only 2 questions. I discussed my experience in which I’ve worked for a similar company where I did everything on the Mr Appliance job description. Then, I was told if I get the position I would get $10-$12 an hour which is insulting because their competitor I worked for offered $14.50. And if you noticed one of mr Appliance main benefits is “competitive compensation”. I didn’t question it on the call. Other than that the interview was brief less than 10 minutes which is the shortest interview I’ve ever had but the interviewer was friendly.

Comfortable and informative. I was given background on the company and owner. I was told about the family atmosphere. It was a very casual interview that did not include too much of my resume review
